People ask me sometimes why I get so many five-star reviews. Honestly, I think it comes down to one thing: I treat every customer the way I would want to be treated if it were my car. I live right here in Navarre, and the people I work on vehicles for are my neighbors. That keeps you honest in a way that no corporate policy ever could.

I came up through the dealership world, ten years working under GM as a factory-trained Master Technician. I learned a lot in that environment, and the most important thing I learned is what I did not want to be. I did not want to be the shop that sells you what you do not need. I did not want to be the place where you drop your car off in the morning and spend all day wondering what is happening. I did not want to be the reason somebody got a repair bill you did not understand.

So when I started Weir Mobile Auto Repair, I built it around something simple: show up, do the job right the first time, and be straight with people.

Being straight with people means I explain what I found, what caused it, and what your options are, in plain language, not shop talk. It also means that sometimes the most honest thing I can tell a customer is that a repair is not worth doing. If your car is worth $3,000 and the repair is going to cost $2,500, I am going to tell you that directly. I would rather lose a job and keep your trust than take your money on something that does not make sense for you. That kind of advice is free, and it is the reason a lot of my customers call me back for everything else.

I come to you, I do the job, and I stand behind it. That is it. It just turns out most mechanics stopped doing it that way.

He was awesome and I will be using him for all my mechanic needs going forward.  Charged me 100 bucks less than the shop which I won't EXPRESSly name and he came to me to do the work. He wasn't far, so he stopped by to check if it was something he could fix quickly. Turned out to be the clutch for the AC compressor. Chase figured out a way to get the car running to drive home, ordered parts, and scheduled our repair a couple days later. He replaced everything quickly and for a great price. After years of dealing with companies taking advantage, we were so thankful to find a skilled and trustworthy mechanic.  Thank you Chase, for such great service! Our Warranty on Your Repair

Chase stands behind his work. Every repair completed using parts sourced and supplied by Weir Mobile Auto Repair is covered by a 12-month / 12,000-mile labor warranty, whichever comes first. If something goes wrong with the repair within that window, Chase comes back and makes it right at no additional labor charge.

Note on Customer-Supplied Parts
The labor warranty applies only to repairs using quality OEM or approved aftermarket parts sourced by Chase. If you supply your own parts, Chase will install them, but he cannot extend the labor warranty to customer-supplied components. Parts sourced from online retailers vary widely in quality and have a high failure rate that no mechanic can control. Chase uses parts he trusts because your safety and his reputation depend on it.

Chase covers residential driveways, workplaces, and job sites throughout Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Fort Walton Beach, and the surrounding communities of Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties.
