Meet Chase Weir
I’ve spent more than ten years in the automotive industry, serving the residents of Navarre, Navarre Beach, Gulf Breeze, Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, and the surrounding areas. My passion for vehicles started close to home, as a graduate of Locklin Technical College’s Master Automotive Service Technology program. From there, I spent time working in Chevrolet and GM dealerships, quickly gaining valuable experience. Earning ASE certifications significantly enhances the career prospects of graduates, making them more competitive in the job market.
While working for a GMC-Cadillac-Buick dealership, I completed extensive GM training, achieving multiple Master’s level mechanic recognitions and becoming a Master Diesel Mechanic for GM’s Duramax diesel engines. I also earned an ASE-Certification as a Master Automobile Technician, which demonstrates my expertise in several critical areas:
ASE certification tests and the rigorous testing protocols ensure that technicians possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the industry.
My dedication fueled me to be recognized in the top 2% of GM technicians in the Southeast for “Fixed Right the First Time.” This award reflects my determination to get repairs done properly without shortcuts. Educational programs offer students opportunities to gain skills, prepare for ASE certification, and access job placement services, supporting their pursuit of a career in automotive repair.
I eventually became Shop Foreman, leading a team of mechanics and managing Cadillac’s premium roadside assistance program. Working one-on-one with customers during breakdowns made me realize the value of building trust and clear communication with those I served. That realization inspired my dream to open a business where top-quality repairs and exceptional customer service go hand in hand.
